Through our design process we are able to fully detail up your project and deal with all stages of the construction process from feasibility, Architectural Design, site supervision through to completion. This includes dealing with Planning Applications, construction details for Building Regulations, specifications and programmes.
As Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Designers, we are able to offer solutions with the construction process in mind, this allows all elements of the construction to be considered including legislative requirements such as the Building Regulations, CDM Regulations and Environmental criteria. Further to this our teams ability to consider long term maintenance issues, cost considerations and sustainability options whilst still having a flair for design.
Our principle is to listen to our clients requirements and work with them to provide a solution that fits within their brief and criteria, whilst spending the time to explain the decision making process and the options available.
Our team have been fortunate to undertake studies of Architecture and Conservation in Europe, covering Italy, France, The Netherlands and Germany. This knowledge enhances the design decisions and approaches made to the projects.
