Do deals still happen on the golf course?
Suffolk RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) matrics Surveyors and young professionals spent the evening networking and showing the importance of networking over a round of golf! Thanks to Putterfingers, a nine hole mini golf course was set up in Shelleys Restaurant at Suffolk New College for the event. The event was an opportunity for young professionals to network, enjoy some fantastic food from the students at Suffolk New College and show off their golf skills.
During the evening a collection was taken for this years matrics Chairmans Challenge, for Children with Cancer, LionHeart and for this years Ipswich Round Table Rudolph Run, Suffolk Family Careers and Clic Sargent. The collection raised £52 for the charities.
Congratulations to Matthew Moore, of East of England Co-Op for wining with the lowest score and for getting a hole in one on hole one, and to Ben Moore of KLH Architects for his wooden spoon prize for the highest score.
