To coincide with St Georges Day the English Wine Barn at West Street Vineyard, Coggeshall has opened to the public.
The project is the result of 18 months planning, design and project management by Dayle Bayliss Associates LLP and construction by Seamans Building of Thurston near Bury St Edmunds, with the grand opening on the 23rd April 2013. The project provides retail and dining spaces dedicated to English wine as well as a basement bar (pictured opposite), conference facilities and a terrace dining area set amongst the wines.
The project has been shortlisted for the RICS East of England Design and Innovation category in recognition for its utilisation of SIPS construction to achieve exceptional thermal performance as well as a high level of design to meet the clients bespoke needs.
